Are the shipping labels only work for a month? Can I wait to use the label until I do have a full block?Updated 3 months ago

No worries, the shipping labels don’t expire after one month.

The “one label per month” model is a reference point included in your subscription: on average, most households create about one SPC block per month, so that's the pace we plan for.

However, we understand that soft plastic use can vary. Sometimes it takes longer to fill a block, and that's totally fine. You're welcome to use your label when the block is ready, even if it's after a month.

That said, please note:

  • Technically, USPS does not set a strict expiration, but some post offices may refuse to scan older labels, depending on their internal policies.
  • So, while you can definitely use a label after a month, we recommend doing so within a month of receiving it to avoid any issues.
