How do I return my SPC and cancel my subscription?Updated 4 days ago

We're happy to help you return the unit and cancel your subscription. To arrange the device pickup, contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Whether you have access to a printer.
  • A preferred pickup day and time window (the earliest we can schedule is one week out, any time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM).
  • A phone number (required by the carrier).
  • Whether you still have the original box and packaging in good condition.
  • Whether the address is a residence or a commercial location.
  • Any pickup instructions.

Once we have these details, we'll schedule the carrier pickup, email your prepaid return label, and stop future subscription charges. After the unit is received on our end, we'll finalize the cancellation and process any applicable refund.
