We're happy to help with the return. Please make sure the unit is packed in its original box with all components included.

To arrange the carrier pickup and get your prepaid label, contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with the following:

• Whether you have access to a printer.
• A preferred pickup day and time window.
• A phone number for the carrier.
• Whether you still have the original packaging.
• Whether it's a residence or a commercial address.
• Any pickup instructions.

You can also drop the unit off in person at FedEx or UPS. Once we have these details, we'll email the prepaid return label and schedule everything.
