My OC won't start properly, the fan and lights stay on, or it beeps and does nothing. Is it broken?Updated 9 days ago

In most cases the unit is working as intended. The OC has two startup stages: first a brief ozonation cycle (about 20 seconds), then it moves into its normal operating mode, where the 3 indicator lights can appear light blue / white-blue and the fan/ventilation continues running. So blue lights and a running fan after startup simply mean the OC has entered its normal second stage — not that anything is stuck or malfunctioning.

To confirm, place the unit on a stable, level surface, power it off and unplug it for a moment, then plug it back in and start a fresh cycle. If it still doesn't behave as expected, contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with a short video and we'll help you resolve it.
