Not completely satisfied with your Clear Drop device? You have a 30-Day At-Home Trial to request a return for a full or partial refund. Here are the answers to the most common questions. For the complete details, see our full Returns & Warranty Policy.
Starting a return All returns need prior authorization. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Once we send those instructions, please ship the device back within 7 calendar days. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return shipping For approved 30-Day At-Home Trial returns, we provide standard return shipping at no charge (a prepaid label or arranged pickup). You're only responsible for non-standard costs such as expedited shipping, special pickup, or address-correction charges. Outside the trial, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Packaging Please return the device in its original box with all original protective packaging and components. If you no longer have the original packaging, let us know — a replacement packaging kit may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability and approved before shipping). Returns without original or approved packaging may be refused.
Your refund amount The final refund is determined after we inspect the returned device and depends on its condition:
- Up to 100% — eligible return in good condition, all components, original packaging
- Up to 80% — minor wear or minor correctable issues
- Up to 60% — moderate wear, damage, or missing items
- Up to 30% or rejection — significant damage or major missing components
- No refund — ineligible returns (e.g., no RMA, past 30 days, missing packaging)
There's no restocking fee for eligible trial returns.
When you'll get your refund Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the device. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post the funds. Packaging, shipping, and special-logistics charges aren't refundable unless required by law.
After the 30-day trial Refunds are generally only available during the 30-Day At-Home Trial. After that, your device is still covered by its limited warranty (1 year for the Organics Collector, 2 years for the Soft Plastic Compactor) for manufacturing defects — just contact [email protected] with your proof of purchase.
